《Seven-day Appreciation Period》 (calculated from the day the product arrives, including holidays)
After receiving the goods, if you find that there is damage, quantity or product discrepancy, you can notify Takeoff within seven days for return/exchange service.
※Takeoff provides you with a seven-day hesitation period, but please note that this is not a tasting. If the product cannot be restored to its original state after opening and eating, and you are informed that it does not meet your needs or is not to your taste, you will not be able to return or exchange the product you have eaten. Please be sure to pay attention to this part.
《Please keep the following items when returning goods》
Unopened complete packaged products
※Please confirm your personal information with customer service before returning/exchanging goods. Once the goods are returned to Takeoff and verified to be correct, we will process the exchange/refund.
《Notes》 (Return/exchange is not accepted in the following situations)
✦ More than seven days of appreciation period (calculated from the date of arrival of the product, including holidays)
✦ No defects or man-made damage were found after acceptance
✦ The complete product was not returned
✦ If the return/exchange is not the responsibility of our company, the shipping fee must be borne by the consumer (120 yuan per return, and the exchange is considered as two round trips and charged 240 yuan)
※Return and exchange services are only available on the main island of Taiwan. If you plan to take or ship the product out of Taiwan after purchase, and there is a problem with the product and you need to return or exchange it, please be sure to bear all related shipping costs.

※If there is a discount on the items in the order, we will not accept the return of one of the items alone. If you only return one of the items, it may cause your original order to not reach the discount or there may be shipping costs. Please be aware of this.
※ Home delivery takes about 1 to 2 days, and convenience store delivery takes about 2 to 3 days. If you have urgent items, please do not use convenience store pickup. Home delivery will be faster.
※Since home delivery companies do not provide designated delivery times, please do not fill in the morning or afternoon on the arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.
※During the three festivals (Dragon Boat Festival/Mid-Autumn Festival/New Year's Day), due to the large volume of home delivery, please prepare the delivery date 1~3 days in advance to avoid the goods arriving on time.

※未滿免運門檻,宅配運費為$NT100元。
※台灣離島:購物不限產品,不限配送方式與付款方式。
※結帳金額滿 $NT2000 元即可免運費。
產品將於訂購後 2 個工作天內出貨 (若遇國定假日或颱風、地震等天災因素,則順延出貨)。
為確保寄件順利,若訂購資訊有誤時,我們將有權優先取消訂單,若有任何疑問請洽客服。
《宅配》
若款項確認無誤,貨件派達時間約需2~3個工作天。
✦以「中華郵政」、「便利袋」配送。
✦提供「宅配貨到付款」選項。

Takeoff再次聲明 :
●不會利用電話通知會員訂單錯誤
Takeoff絕對不會以電話方式告知會員因訂單設定錯誤或轉帳未成功等。
●不會要求會員操作ATM提款機
Takeoff絕對不會要求會員前往ATM提款機操作解除分期付款或退款動作。
●不會利用電話要求提供任何資料
Takeoff更不會要求會員在電話中提供任何銀行帳戶或信用卡資料。
